Patchwork has come to Murrumbidgee. Patchwork is a smart, secure app that allows child protection workers to quickly and easily connect with new clients and to build the team working around that client, making it easy to contact the entire team with one click of a button.
People from NGOs and different agencies in Murrumbidgee have been eager to partner with FACS to start using Patchwork as a primary tool to strengthen collaboration and coordination of services in their communities.
The Murrumbidgee Patchwork Coordinator, Donna Argus, and her team of five have been running multi-agency workshops in Young, Harden, Cootamundra, Temora, Wagga, Albury, Griffith, Tirkandi Inaburra, Tumut and Deniliquin.
Using Patchwork sends out a very clear message; “the client is our client not my client,” says Donna.
Donna is looking for Patchwork Champions across all agencies to support the team in getting the word out about the benefits of Patchwork.
Patchwork Champions will be trained and supported as the super user for their agency.
If you are interested in becoming a Patchwork Champion, you can get in touch with Donna here.
Patchwork will be coming to new Districts in coming months, stay tuned!
