Glebe Youth Service joined Patchwork last week, strengthening the network of human services that can connect and collaborate in the Sydney District.
Glebe Youth Service supports young people aged 12-24 who live, work, study or play in the Glebe area. The service helps many of the young people who live in the Glebe Estate, a Family and Community Services’ Housing area, access support to overcome their social disadvantage.
Glebe Youth Service can now see the network of services that work with their clients on Patchwork. This will make it easier for them to collaborate across agencies to help young people overcome a range of issues, including poverty, family dysfunction, alcohol and drug use, chronic school refusal and poor literacy.
